This internship will be in person.
Functional responsibilities
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The intern will have the opportunity to analyze and capitalize the experience matured at the Centre through its international environment, the events organized by FIS and its activities, with specific regard to the live storytelling of the mandate and the core values of the organization.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Facilities and Internal Service (FIS) unit is searching for a dynamic intern willing to join its team during the implementation of a number of initiatives on campus and to contribute to the storytelling of the Centre’s core values.
The intern will have the opportunity to develop contents according to ITCILO standards, and referring to the UN sustainable goals.
The outcome of the internships will be a research based on a real world, large-scale experience of a truly international and intercultural community, in the unique context of a UN organization.
The intern will interact closely with FIS and LIP staff, in particular with the teams in charge of sustainability, maintenance and hospitality.
Qualifications required
Education
Event management, Media Communication, Sustainable systems
Languages
English; Italian; fluency in another official language of the Centre is an asset.
IT Skills
Advanced user of Office tools
Other Skills
Change management, problem solving, good listener, persuasive writer, storyteller
